Thanks. I took this and a few other shorts as a reference photograph for a painting, but I decided the photo stood up on its own (and my representational art skills are very weak).
I’ve been driving past this thing for years. I have no idea what it was. It’s this weird piece of derelict equipment in the middle of nowhere that looks (from a distance) like a piece of modern art sculpture. Very out of place. Very intriguing.
